The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving cost-oriented organizational integration mechanism of economic construction companies in the process of reorganization. The object of study is the integration of the construction branch. The methods of theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis, classification, comparative analysis, expert analysis, and others. Improved: value-oriented organizational-economic mechanism of integration of construction enterprises that are reorganized, the system of key indicators for measuring the feasibility of integration of business entities in the process of reorganization; information and analytical support for the integration of construction enterprises in the reorganizational process. There has been defined the algorithm of administrative actions of an entity in the implementation of the reorganization of businesses. There has been suggested a value-oriented organizational-economic mechanism of construction enterprises in the process of reorganization. There has been implemented formation of value-oriented organizational-economic mechanism of integration of construction enterprises in the process of restructuring with the use of key performance indicators assess the feasibility of integrating entities in the process of reorganization by a rating attractiveness, there have been defined organizational principles of operation of the mechanism.
