Objective: to study the theoretical and methodological statements and to develop practical recommendations for improving value-based management of current assets of construction industry corporate enterprises. Object of research: the process of value-based management of current assets of construction industry corporate enterprises. Subject of research: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to management of construction industry corporate enterprises current assets in system of value-based management. Methods: theoretical generalization; analysis and synthesis; statistical, technical and economic analysis; graphics; comparative analysis; method of peer reviews; structural and logical analysis. Statements which have been improved: organizational and economic principles of inventory management in system of current assets value-based management; organizational and economic principles of accounts receivable for goods and services management in system of current assets value-based management; methodological approach to construction industry corporate enterprises inventory classification. Defined: strategic directions of managerial decision-making while forming of value-based system of construction industry corporate enterprises current assets management, based on a system of key control component of assessing the impact of current assets management on construction enterprise value. Proposal: value-based approach to construction industry corporate enterprises current assets management, based on setting of targets and standards to maximize cash flow in valuation models of construction business assessment by current assets elements and taking into account industry specifics.
