Essay

In this work, the current legal and practical aspects of notarial secrecy in criminal proceedings. We consider the procedure for gathering evidence, which contain this professional secret criminal procedural guarantees of confidentiality. It is proved that the secrecy of notarial protection requires special forms of individual criminal proceedings. Suggestions for improving the criminal procedural law, which regulates the reclamation of notarial documents , the time to access these documents, questioning the notary, a closed trial, the non-disclosure of data pre-trial investigation.
