Vorozhbyt V. Corporate culture in the economic security provision

The approaches to solving the scientific problem of strengthening the economic security of the machine-building enterprises with the means of corporate culture are offered in the thesis and recommendations for improving their efficiency were developed. Theoretical, methodical and applied principles of economic security assessment were examined. The essence of economic security of enterprises – producers of equipment for agricultural complex was explored. Based on the spiral dynamics theory by C. Graves wave-like dynamics of the evolutionary development of economic security was modeled, and the resources of its maintenance at each evolutionary level were defined. The effect caused by the elements of corporate culture on the components of economic security was determined.
