The conceptual approach to the formation of the monetary mechanism that can adjust the macroeconomic dynamics. The results of generalizations about the formation and development prerequisites monetary authorities in Ukraine. Analyzed the organization and structure of the monetary mechanism in modern economies. The features of the use of the monetary mechanism to stabilize the economy during the global financial crisis.
