The thesis is dedicated to investigation force and structure-energetical peculiarities of the chemical bond of Fe, Se, Te based crystals by the methods of chemical bonding theory, elasticity, microscopic theory and solving inverse problems in elasticity and thermodynamics. The analytic expressions for the non-equivalent hybrid orbitals, their force and energy characteristics are obtained. Coefficients of elasticity and characteristic frequencies of chemical bonds of Te, Se, Fe and FeSe1-xTex (0<=x<=1) were calculated. Fine structure of melting and crystallization was revealed. Obtained results allowed to propose an original synthesis technology of FeSe, FeTe and FeSe1-xTex solid solutions, which are characterized by increasing qualitative indicators.
