Object of research: the process of the market of soybean at national and regional levels. Objective: To study the theoretical and methodological foundations of market formation and development of soybean lines for improving its efficiency. Methods: analysis, synthesis, inductive and deductive methods of synthesis, mathematical-statistical methods of absolute and relative values of average, comparing and clustering techniques, methods of analysis of structure and dynamics, tabular and graphical methods of visual display, index and correlation and regression analysis, extrapolation economic-mathematical modeling, cluster analysis, formalization. Scientific novelty: the first formed organizational and economic principles of the establishment and management of scientific and industrial cluster in the production of soybeans and consultation with producers and processors of soybeans; improved metrics for comprehensive market analysis soybeans, methodological approaches to the formation of optimal territorial structure soyevyrobnytstva methodological basis of a SWOT-analysis; were further developed the technique of cluster analysis of the production of soybeans, the forecast calculations determine the volume and revenue growth prospects for cost savings as a result of the inclusion of soybean rotation to the concept of regional resource allocation-quality soybeans, the rationale for the development of domestic soybean processing facilities.
