Lypkan O. Productive potential management at agricultural enterprises

The thesis gives the deepened bases for the comprehension of essence, structure and peculiarities of productive potential formation and its application at agricultural enterprises in market conditions. The author explains also such phenomena as rural economy multistructurality, slow innovations implementation, low level of the State aid and absense of internal possibilities at agricultural enterprises to provide their components enlarged reproduction. The all-round evaluation of the resource potential of the agricultural enterprises in Cherkassy region was done. The potential was evaluated in the mutual relation with functioning efficiency and regarding territorial, regional, natural and climate peculiarities. The main trends of resources provision and efficient use of productive potential at the agricultural enterprises are defined. The conceptual approaches to the comparative evaluation of resources provision components efficient use and productive potential management formation system at agricultural enterprises are justified. The complex information system for justifying management decision concerning formation and use of productive potential at agricultural enterprises is developed. It will allow to increase labour efficiency, to optimize resources use according to the defined criteria, to reduce document flow with the transition to electronic technologies of production management. The author has proposed the ways for production potential components reproduction at agricultural enterprises which are based on investments normative definition on per 1 ha of agricultural crops sowings or per 1 head of animal and poultry basis.
