Object of research: state regulation of migration processes. Purpose: is the justification and development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of migration processes. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. The results of theoretical bases and conceptual approaches to the improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of migration processes in Ukraine. Novelty: the necessity of implementation of social-communicative mechanism of state regulation of migration processes; enhanced the development of the legal mechanism of state regulation of migration processes; further developed the conceptual apparatus of government by clarifying the nature of the concept of "state regulation of migration processes", etc. Introduced in the Office of the Migration Service in Kharkiv region and the Eastern Regional Office of the State Border Service of Ukraine and other areas of application: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
