Ishenko V. E-governance as part of the state information policy in Ukraine

Object of study: e-government in the context of the transformation of public administration in Ukraine. Purpose: is the theoretical justification of the electronic control as part of the state information policy and identifying promising directions of its development in the transformation of public administration in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. Results: are to justify the content guidelines and electronic control features of the formation as a component of the national information policy in the public administration system in Ukraine by determining the theoretical and praktikoorientovanih approaches. Novelty: discloses the content model for the development of state e-government; improved theoretical substantiation of the basic directions of the evolution of e-government; was further developed approaches to the definition of "e-government", etc. Introduced in the activities of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine in Lugansk region, etc. Applications: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
