Object of research - the process of resource control in complex distributed information systems. The purpose of research: improve information technology control distributed information system to improve its efficiency through the development of new mathematical models of control network resources and methods of research. Methods: Methods of statistical communication theory, stochastic processes, theory of probabilistic-time graphs derived functions. Scientific novelty: first the model of centralized multyobject control, which allows us to estimate the main probabilistic-time characteristics of different methods of information provision and control multyobject and based on them to choose the most effective; The model of decision-making in the control of information processes in a distributed information system, which unlike basic model provides the possibility of assessing the quality of management as under full information about the state of the network and in terms of aging and use of uncertainty, due to the introduction of a new performance indicator; further developed the model of centralized management technology, featuring the ability to account for all stages of data processing and to assess such important probabilistic-time characteristics as mean, variance in processing time and the probability of error. The practical value of the dissertation consist in the developed methods can be used to present the management of network data exchange and can be the basis for creating a new network and its control system.
