Essay

A research object is a process of functioning of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The aim of work are a theoretical ground and development of practical recommendations on development of organizationally-economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services of Ukraine. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, certainly-historical analysis, formally-logical, prognostic, abstractly-logical methods. The scientific novelty of work consists of theoretical ground of organizationally-economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services of Ukraine and development of practical recommendations on development of housing and communal services in the system of national economy of Ukraine by perfection of conceptual bases of development of investment process in housing and communal services, excretions separately organizational and economic mechanisms of functioning of housing and communal services, introduction of clusters. Improved: conceptual bases of development of investment process; methodical going near the estimation of competitiveness of housing and communal services; theoretical going near understanding of essence of economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services; me-thodical positions on perfection of the institutional providing of organizationally-economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services. Got further development: organizationally-methodical bases of perfection of organizationally-economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services; selection in housing and communal services of clusters; ways of development of organizationally-economic mechanism of functioning of housing and communal services.
