The thesis is devoted to the development theoretical statements and practical recommendations in relation to the estimation, formation and management of operational value of the company. The methodological approach to the estimation of value of enterprise by capitalization of value added is proposed. The concept of differentiation of two main stages of the life cycle of a functioning company - growth and stability - to certain stages using the quantitative determination of limits based on analysis of phases of various consecutive achievement points of cost elements covering is specified. On the basis of results of an integrated assessment of economic status of enterprises, the scientific study and determining the degree NON-systematic risk is proposed. The mechanism of analysis and control of the efficiency of the formation of the operational value is proposed. Methodical approach to managing of the operational value on the basis of scenario modeling variants of limiting parameters influences is improved. The results of the thesis are introduced on JSC "Central GZK", LLC "ZF Rovenkivs'ka". Sector - the economy (mining).
