The object of research is the process of formation and development agricultural service cooperation.The research purpose is the substantiation and deepening of theoretical,methodological and organizational principles formation of the system аnd development agricultural service dairy cooperatives in Ukraine and working out the scientific and practical recommendations for its improvement and development. The research was executed using such methods, as:historical - retrospective, causal, economic -statistical analysis, abstractly- logical, SWOT-analysis, method of Ishikawa.The scientific novelty of results is theoretical generalization and solving of scientific task substantiation scientific principles of formation аnd development of the system agricultural service dairy cooperatives.The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations.Sphere of use is agricultural service cooperatives,governments, higher education institutions.
