Object: process management Business Process retailers. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological principles of management and develop practical recommendations for the development of business processes retailers. Methods: deduction and induction; analysis and synthesis; abstract and logical; comparative analysis; statistical clustering; opinion poll; monographic method; correlation and regression analysis; SWOT-analysis; modeling; forecasting; strategic analysis. It is offered: dynamic organizational-economic mechanism of management of business processes of commercial enterprise in accordance with changes in the institutional environment in the retail trade; improved: conceptual business process characteristics of retail trade enterprises; methodical approach to managing business processes retailer of justification passing three successive stages - preparatory, analytical and organizational project. Scope of usage: retailers.
