The dissertation is dedicated to improve the efficiency of the methods for early diagnostics and treatment of DES beside women with KS and POES by improvements of the complex approach , which includes a definition of ophthalmic, cytological, immunocytochemical and immunological parameters. Including in treatment preparation Povidon / polivinil alcohol showed normalization of Ig As in the tear fluid. The Advanced scheme of the complex treatment of DES-sick patients on background of KS and POES that included use a preparation of Hydrogel methylsilicic acid, Lactic Acid Bacillus/ folii acid/ vіtаmіn В12 and Carmellose sodium salt / vіtаmіn А, renders the assistance to the improvement and stabilization of ophthalmic status, prevents the progression of xerotic process and improves the quality of patients' lives.
