Chepil B. Evaluation and regulation of administrative costs of oil and gas companies

In the research the theoretical synthesis of experience and new solution of scientific and practical task "assessment and regulation of administrative costs in the business of oil and gas companies" was conducted. Optimization model of distribution of administrative costs by the main centers of activity of the regulation of oil and gas companies on the basis of the homogeneity of the functions and tasks of governing units, in particular, center of production; center of legal services and monitoring, service production, research center and control center staff was formed. Improved classification of administrative costs, method of evaluating the frequency of management costs using harmonic analysis and M. Porter 'value chain' method was proposed. The ways of use cooperative activities between public companies and partner companies who have sufficient financial resources to develop new wells and output dormant for profitable extraction of energy and power prediction model and the evaluation of the effectiveness of administrative costs estimation using correlation and distributive-lag models were developed.
