Dabizhuk V. Administrative-legal support of export security to economic entities in Ukraine

Based upon a comprehensive research the thesis defines legal and organizational frameworks for economic security of economic entities, analyzes administrative-legal regulation of relations in the matter of export security support to economic entities in Ukraine, and substantiates proposals regarding improvement of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the matter of export security support to economic entities. Proposals have been substantiated regarding improvement of current legislation in the matter of export security of economic entities by means of making amendments to the Law of Ukraine on "International economic activity", working out and introducing a Strategy of national export security of Ukraine and State program on high priority and long-term measures in terms of export security support in Ukraine.
