The thesis is a comprehensive and system research of administrative responsibility for violations in the area of plant world of Ukraine. The notion, species and peculiarities of plant world have been defined. A system of normative legal regulation of plant world has been analyzed. A general characteristic of administrative violations within the area of plant world has been provided. A content of objective and subjective features of administrative violations in the area of plant world has been disclosed.
