Essay

The author considers the methodology and practices of economic and organizational frameworks for providing vegetable-processing plants with goodquality raw materials. The paper describes the essence of such economic devices and organizational frameworks and differentiates “economic and organizational frameworks” from “economic mechanism”. Principles of formation of economic and organizational framework are discussed. There is analysis of the current status of economic and organizational framework applicable by regional vegetable-processing plants for assuring the high-quality of raw materials. Recommended practices for improving state regulation in vegetable produce are justified. “Economic and organizational framework” concept and content are refined. The author determines the ways of enhancing vegetable produces’ economic and organizational framework performance and suggests the approaches to economic and organizational framework’s formation. The paper describes prioritized growth areas for Ukrainian vegetable processing plants.
