The content of carbohydrates and amine nitrogen in leaves of VRN-A1a line is lower and the content of total nitrogen is higher, than in VRN-A1a and VRN-D1a lines. Lines in different degree accumulate nitrogen-containing connections in a stalk and ear and also photosynthesis pigments in bodies of the main shoot, depending on the condition of VRN genes and genotype grade in which genofone they are created. It is established that in VRN-B1a line level of elements formation of efficiency is lower and grain protein content is higher than in VRN-A1a and VRN-D1a lines. It is found out that short photoperiod slows down the growth and development of all the lines but more in VRN-B1a lines. Under its influence the content of carbohydrates and amine nitrogen increases, elements formation of efficiency at all the lines is suppressed but protein content in grain in VRN-B1a line increases and decreases in VRN-D1a line.
