Essay

This research focuses on the complex of the theoretical and practical issues of an interpretation of financial law. Thesis investigates the concept and types of an interpretation of the law, including financial, highlights the features of an interpretation of these rules by bodies of legislative and executive power, President of Ukraine, the National Bank, local governments, as well as by the organizations and individuals, who do not possess state-government functions, considers the features of an interpretation of the norms of the budget, tax, customs, banking and currency law in the process of enforcement.
