Kikinchuk V. Methods of investigating crimes involving the use of budget funds in agroindustrial complex

Theoretical positions in relation to criminalistics classification of illegal acts of the indicated group are formulated. The criminalistics characteristic of such crimes is developed. Practical recommendations concerning the algorithm of actions of investigator in the typical investigative situations for the primary and next stages of investigation of illegal offenses in the indicated sphere of economic activity are formulated. The most typical tactical operations are selected. The tactical features of preparation and conduction of search, interim access to the things and documents with their subsequent disregarding, inspection of documents and inquire of suspects and witnesses in criminal proceedings of this category are exposed. Tasks which are solved by judicial-economic, handwriting and build-technical expertises are reflected. Suggestions in relation to the improvement of norm of criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine in part of the applying mortgage are formulated.
