The thesis deals with the subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities in Ukraine. In this work the meaning and importance of organizational and legal support of education in Ukraine, the legal basis for activities of organizational and legal support educational activities in Ukraine have been defined. The concept and characteristics of the subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities in Ukraine have been examined too. Concept and components of the legal status of the subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities in Ukraine have been considered. The nature of system of subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities in Ukraine, including its objectives and functions, have been revealed. The features of the mechanism of the functioning of subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities in Ukraine have been analyzed. The ways of use of foreign experience of subjects of organizational and legal support of educational activities and optimization priorities organizational and legal support educational activities in Ukraine have been offered.
