Essay

A research object is investment processes in the economy of Ukraine. The aim of work are per-fection of theoretical positions and time-work of the methodical providing and practical recom-mendations on development of mechanism of state administration by the investment processes of economy of Ukraine on the basis of optimal allocation of investment resources in the conditions of incomplete information. Research methods: system-structural analysis, logic, generalization, analysis and synthesis, dialectics, economic and mathematical methods, imitation design, dy-namic programming. The scientific novelty of work consists of theoretical and methodical ground of going near development of mechanism of state administration by investment processes in the national economy of Ukraine on the basis of optimal inter-branch allocation of investment resources in the conditions of incomplete information. First the system of management regulators offers an investment process. Improved: directions of development of the scientifically-methodical going near optimal allocation of investment resources; mechanism of adaptive state control by the investment processes of economy of Ukraine; dataware of management the in-vestment processes of national economy; organizationally-economic providing of functioning of mechanism of state administration by the investment processes of economy of Ukraine. Got fur-ther development: concept vehicle by clarification of essence categories "investment process" on the basis of approach of the systems; theoretical going near the ground of directions of perfection of mechanisms of state administration by the investment processes of national economy.
