Kondrashova O. The prediction and regulation the coke production in Ukraine

A research object is a process of government control of activity of coke-chemical industry of Ukraine. The aim of work is development of theoretical- systematic positions and practical rec-ommendations on government control of production of coke in Ukraine by perfection of method-ical bases of prognostication of volumes of products of coke-chemical industry in composition a mining and metallurgical complex. Research methods: dialectical analysis, scientific abstraction, analysis of hierarchies, Economic analysis, graph-analytic method, economic and mathematical design, structural design. The scientific novelty of work consists of development of theoretical and organizational positions of mechanism of government control by perfection of methodical bases of prognostication of production of coke in Ukraine. First the complex going offers near prognostication as key element of mechanism of government control of production of coke-chemical goods volumes. Improved: concept of essence of "government control" by clarification of concept "State co-ordination" relatively strategically important industries of industry; classifi-cation of prognoses in industry on the basis of systematization of basic characteristic signs on the factor of production; organizationally-methodical bases of prognostication of production vol-umes. Got further development: system of economic parameters most strongly influencing on prognostication and government control of коксохимического production volumes.
