Kupchenko V. Mechanism of Involvement of Population Savings into Investment Development of National Economy

Object of study - involving the savings management for national economy investment development. The aim - to summarize theoretical concepts and develop scientific and methodological approaches and tools for the development tool to attract savings into investment economy of Ukraine. Research Methods - abstract logical method; systematic approach; classification method; methods of mathematical statistics; situational approach; reflexive modeling; modeling of information flows. The practical significance of the results provided by their use in the preparation of proposals to strengthen the economic and social development of the Donetsk region in 2013 and the main directions of development in 2014 and 2015 in the context of scientific and technological development program of the Donetsk region until 2020implementation. Scientific novelty of the results is the scientific and methodical approach justification to the formation mechanism of attracting savings in national economy investment development on the basis of reflexive control the behavior of process participants. First formed the conceptual provisions of mechanism to attract savings into investment development of the national economy. Methodical approach to transforming savings into investment funds; grouping motives and factors savings and investment of households based on the interpretation of signs and contents; periods stages of the formation and use of household savings in the economy of Ukraine based on the separation of state economic conditions; mechanism for attracting savings in investment growth. We got further development of the interpretation of what constitutes " national economy investment development" based on the detection of its functions in providing national reproductive process; scientific and methodical approach to attract savings in the reproductive process; organizational and informational support implementation mechanism to attract savings into national economy investment development.
