Essay

The results of improvement of approaches to targeted influence of physical factors (low-energy ultrasonic and millimeter waves) on biological properties of causative agents of diphtheria and initial selection of strains-producers for probable use in biotechnological process of diphtheria vaccines production are presented in the thesis. The possibility of diphtheria toxoid production using physical and physical-chemical factors was studied. The proper fluorescence of diphtheria toxin and toxoid was researched. On this ground the rapid method for determination of detoxification plenitude was developed and its implication in auxiliary quality control of final product of diphtheria toxoid obtaining was proved.
