Goncharuk O. Organizational and administrative principles of structural changes in the economy of Ukraine

The objective is a state national economic structure both in general and by separate types of aconomic activity. The aim of paper is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis of modelling, metrological valuation and providing controlled changes in the national economic structure. The methods are: mathematical statistics, comparison, expert evaluation and simulation modelling, logical generalization of world's scientific idea and acts of law, system and economic analysis of economy restructure. The integral methodological conception of providing a controlled way to the actions of economy restructure was theoretically substatiated and developed. The tools of statistical research of structural changes in the economy were given a new content. The scientific ideas of interpretation the subject matter of categories "national economy" and "national economic structure", as well as conceptual contruct, adapted to structural changes, theory of diagnostics were given a further development. The conceptual principles of the regulation of the processes of national economy restructuring and scientific-methodological approach to the explication of structural changes were improved. The area is the institutions involved in grounding and developing the projects of economy restructure, as well as monitoring of their implementation, academic activity.
