The object of research: social-psychological behaviour strategies of personality; the purpose: to justify theoretically and to investigate empirically the behaviour strategies' features of the future specialists in the field of international relations; methods: conversation, testing, experiment; novelty: the basic types of behaviour demonstration of the future specialists in the field of international relations has been assigned: active (strategy of "competence and industry", reactive (demonstraton) and passive (passive adjustment) as to the markers of social-psychological strategies of "choice", "challenge" and "manipulation"; the results of research: program of forming adaptive social-psychological behaviour strategies of the future specialists in the field of international relations has been developed; the branch: psychology.
