Object of study: newly detected tuberculosis pleurisy; the goal - increasing the efficiency of the complex therapy of patients with tuberculous pleurisy due to applying videothoracoscopic sanation of pleural cavity and the argon plasma coagulation of visually changed pleura within the optimal terms from the onset of the disease; methods of investigation: clinical, laboratory, radiologic, cytological, histological, microbiology, instrumental, statistics; novelty: the first time grounded use of argon plasma coagulation in the complex treatment of patients with tuberculous pleurisy; created the formalization scale describing the state of pleural cavity for tuberculous pleurisy. Field of application - medicine.
