Essay

The present dissertation is a complex study of morphological and molecular changes in epithelial cells of ovary and fallopian tubes in women at high risk for ovarian cancer and patients with ovarian cancer, including under the infection with oncogenic types of HPV. On the basis of obtained results the factors increasing the risk of ovarian cancer in women with genetic predisposition to cancer and factors determining the progression of ovarian cancer have been determined.
