Essay

Subject of research: process of converting biomass into energy biodiesel with vegetable oils pereesteryfikatsiyi.Object of research: position of chemical thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, methods of physical chemistry and computer modeling, the method of gas chromatography, methods of statistical analysis using Chem Office 2008 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 environment Mathlab 11.Methods of research: theory of planning of experiment, semigraphical method of calculation of the flat concentrator, a method of definition of electric capacity and the efficiency, mathematical statistics.Theoretical and practical results. Innovations: A mathematical model of pereesteryfikatsiyi vegetable oils in biodiesel, making it possible to use it to determine the thermal conditions and management in the reactor of periodic operation of different designs. It is proved that the reactor pereesteryfikatsiyi periodic action, with the physico-chemical and power conditions the process of obtaining biodiesel from vegetable oils allows to reduce the cost of raw material to the desired product (8 - 17)%. A pilot plant for the production of biodiesel and method of obtaining biodiesel. The subject and the degree of implementation: findings of the thesis introduced in the Renewable Energy Institute NAS of Ukraine, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". Implementation efficiency: the conditions of the process pereesteryfikatsiyi with maximum efficiency of energy conversion of biomass into energy biodiesel. Utilization field: factories for the production of biodiesel.
