Essay

The thesis is devoted to increase of efficiency of complex treatment of patients with residual and secondary palate defects. On the basis of analysis of the archived hospital of clinic of maxillufacial surgery of NMU named by O. O. Bogomolets in the period of 1996-2010 frequency (after the removal of remaining defects of 24%, secondary defects of 25%) and reasons of relapses of the well-known applied methodologies of removal of secondary and remaining defects of hard palate are certain and implementation of the stages and sequence of surgical receptions are specified. 120 is inspected patients in age from 3 to 17, from them 70 with the secondary defects of hard palate, 50 - with the remaining defects of hard palate. The increase of efficiency of surgical treatment of secondary and remaining defects of palate is marked by means of offer improved surgical receptions and creation of optimal terms for the wound healing on standard.
