Object of study: multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis, the goal - improving the treatment results in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis by controlling the risk of adverse reactions, treatment and correction of chemotherapy regimens for early removal or reduction of symptoms; methods of investigation: clinical, radiologic, microbiology, statistics; novelty: the first time proved that monitoring and treatment adverse reactions from antituberculosis drugs and correction of chemotherapy regimens in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis improve the efficiency of treatment. Field of application - medicine.
