Khudaverdova K. Legal regulation of the using and protection of the water resources in the agriculture

The thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of legal regulation of use and protection of water resources in agriculture, as well as formulation on this basis of the theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations to improve the legal provision in this area. In the present thesis the theoretical foundations of the legal regulation of the use and protection of water resources in agriculture are determined by the following basic categories of research as "legal regulation of water use in agriculture", "legal protection of water (water resources) in agriculture", directions of exercising the legal protection of water resources in agriculture are examined. Within the thesis research the status of the legal regulation of the main uses of water resources in agriculture for irrigation, maintenance aquaculture, agricultural water supply were examined. The description of the activities of legal protection of water resources in agriculture was carried out. The features of the legal liability for violation of legislation on the use and protection of water resources in agriculture was specified. The existing deficiencies were identified and scientific and legal proposals for their elimination were formulated.
