Gaidarzhy K. The legal regulation of organization and activity of agricultural processing cooperatives in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the features of the organization and activity of the agricultural processing cooperatives under the law of Ukraine. Author gives the definition of agricultural processing cooperative and makes the research its characteristic, specific of creation and termination of activity. Special attention is paid to the analysis of administrative, contractual and property relations in agricultural processing cooperatives. In this dissertation author reveals the relations of membership in agricultural processing cooperatives. The legal status of agricultural processing cooperatives are scrutinized from the standpoint of a combination of its manufacturing and service attributes. On the basis of this research author proposed to allocate of agricultural processing cooperatives as the legal form of legal entities. In the result of thesis research the characteristic tendencies of development of national cooperative law were discovered and ways of improving the legal regulation of agricultural processing cooperation were proposed.
