The research object is a process of forming of the system of the economic security of a transport constituent of the complex tourist product. The subject of the research are theoretical and methodical and applied aspects of forming the system of economic security of a transport constituent in a complex tourist product. In research such methods of scientific research are used as: theoretical generalization, analysis of the systems, synthesis; grouping and classifications; inductions and deductions; graphic, economical and mathematical modeling. The aim of dissertation work is the improvement of theoretical and applied positions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming the system of the economic security of a transport constituent of the complex tourist product. The scientifically-methodical going is offered near the evaluation of the system of the economic security of a transport constituent of the complex tourist product which allows to define the level of competitiveness of transport services in a tourist product and economic security of tourist enterprise, and also enables choice of administrative decision in relation to forming the system of economic security of a transport constituent of the complex tourist product. Application of criteria of efficiency of the system of the economic security of a transport constituent of the complex tourist product is based on cost, comfort, speed, reliability, safety, financial effectiveness and financial balance for adjusting of economic strength of tourist enterprise security at determination of level of satisfaction of tourist when a transport service is rendered to him in a tourist product. The scientifically-methodical going is offered near diagnostics of economic strength of tourist enterprise security on the basis of calculation of financial effectiveness and financial firmness of tourist enterprise. Conclusions and recommendations of the thesis are used by the Zaporizhzhya Commercial and Industrial Chamber, LTD. the "Tour operator "Sindbad" and "Two - L travel", in the work of the Pridneprovs'ka railway, by Department of Culture, Tourism, Nationalities and Religions of Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
