The thesis deals with the theoretical generalization of results and integrated research of peculiarities of clinical course, neuro-endocrine, hemorheological and metabolic mechanisms of interaggravation and progression of chronic acalculous cholecystitis accompanied by bronchial asthma and obstructive chronic pulmonary disease; the investigation introduces new solution for urgent scientific problem – improvement of efficiency in their comprehensive treatment.162 patients were examined: 30 patients with bronchial asthma, 30 patients with bronchial asthma with comorbid chronic acalculous cholecystitis, 32 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis, 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with comorbid chronic acalculous cholecystitis. Additional intake of roflumilast, nucleinate and ursodeoxycholic acid proved to be effective in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic acalculous cholecystitis, comprehensive nucleinate therapy with ursodeoxycholic acid showed effectiveness in cases when asthma was accompanied by chronic acalculous cholecystitis.
