During the experimental Paclitaxel-induced neuropathy we studied neuro-glial-capillary-desmal complexes of sciatic nerve, dorsal root ganglia and lamina IX of the gray matter of spinal cord on 101 rats using neuromorphological, morphometric and statistical methods. For the first time the deployment stages of the pathological process were established and the role of endoneurium barriers disturbances in pathomorphogenesis of the peripheral neuropathy, caused Paclitaxel, was shown. Existing data on the dynamic changes of nerve fibers, cell bodies of sensory and motor neurons, their glial environment and microvessels of peripheral nerve and its segmental centers on the stages of neuropathy have been improved and elaboration.
