Krupa O. Mechanism of outsourcing business processes supporting industry.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of subsidiary business processes outsourcing mechanism on the industrial enterprises. The author outlines the essential content and characteristics of "business process" concept and generalizes the approaches to its structuring. It is analyzed the essence and economic nature of outsourcing concept and systematized the theoretical approaches to its classification. A structural model of subsidiary business processes outsourcing mechanism on the industrial enterprises which enables to form an efficient enterprise management system is developed and tested. It allows minimizing costs and optimizing organization of production by focusing on key business processes and transferring of non-core business processes to counterparties. Algorithm of business process management on industrial enterprises based on the author's approach to business processes structuring and outsourcing effectiveness is suggested. The obtained results are aimed at the solution of the specific problems in the sphere of outsourcing based subsidiary business processes management which improve the efficiency of management of the entire system of machine-building enterprises.
