Klymiuk O. External control over the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in a democratic transformation of society (administrative and legal aspect)

The dissertation contains a set of theoretical and practical questions associated with research essence, directions and forms of external control over the activities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.Defined the notion "external control over the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine," substantiated the dualistic nature of such control in a democratic transformation of society. The system of subjects of external control over the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the forms of such control was designated. Defined the concept of "control of the civil society over the activities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", was analyzed the forms of control its institutional elements. Based on the analysis powers of subjects of external control over the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, made proposals to improve the regulation in this field.
