Hrubinka I. The improvement of credit provision for agrarian enterprises

Object of the research is financial-credit relations and processes in agrarian production under modern conditions. Aim: argumentation of theoretical fundamentals and development of methodological recommendations as to credit support of agrarian enterprises under conditions of transformation of economic system and impact of market factors on its development. Methods: general scientific, and special. Main directions to improve credit support of agrarian enterprises are determined in the work. Definition of "credit support" is improved. It is proposed to introduce an optimal system of organization of credit support of agrarian enterprises that has to consider indicators of efficiency of credit resources utilization and financial effect from their application as well as broaden capabilities to increase credit capacity of enterprises. Proposals as to perfection of credit infrastructure by means of its broadening that can be fulfilled by attraction of commercial banks, State mortgage department, credit cooperation for improvement of credit support of agrarian enterprises are developed. Field of application: agrarian enterprises, banks, specialized financial-credit institutions, state and local authorities.
