During examination of 140 patients, including 100 with chronic kidney disease (CKD) with hematological malignancies (GB), was realized peculiarities of comorbid diseases, which are more expressed than in patients with CKD without HB, clinical symptoms, secondary immunodeficiency states, increased levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) in the urine. Adding to standard therapy of Imunofan and Canephron N accelerates remission of CRP, contributes to sanitation of the urinary tract, increases in number of CD3+-, CD4+-, and CD8+-lymphocytes, IL-4, reduces the level of B-lymphocytes, IgM, IL-6 in blood, CRP in urine, leukocyte- and proteinuria.
