The object of study is a process of formation and functioning of controlling system in the car service enterprises. The aim of the thesis is scientific study of theoretical and methodical positions and development of practical recommendations for formation of controlling system in the car service enterprises. Methods of research are comparative analysis, synthesis, groupings, averages, peer reviews, deterministic factor analysis, graphical methods. Novelty - first was developed the analytical tool of controlling for determining the degree of strategy implementation of the car service enterprises and the maturity model of controlling for evaluating its effectiveness.
