On the basis of a detailed analysis of the state tourism policy in Europe , the basic mechanisms of state regulation of tourism. Lit status of the state support of tourism development in Ukraine and proposed solutions to the problems of the tourism industry, in particular through the involvement of local communities to the creation of competitive tourist product in the region, the mechanisms of partnership of state authorities local communities and the private sector in the field of tourism, and socialization of tourist sphere, support of perspective types of tourism - rural, inbound, domestic, social. To achieve this goal, proposed classification levers of market regulation activity of economic entities in the tourist industry, which considers: public administration, normativelegal, financial-credit, tax and social-psychological levers. The expediency of introduction of adequate integrated system of indicators of statistical accounting tourist activities within the national economy, and in the context of administrative-territorial units regional indicators. Supplemented complex of methodical and practical recommendations on methodology and organization of tourism statistics in the region. Refined conceptual framework, namely: change the meaning of the term "tourism" a category, above all, economic. Improved model of state regulation of tourism development on kalenderjaar and regional levels, the author's approach about the methods of calculating the integral indicator of investment attractiveness of enterprises of tourist-recreational complex.
