Kostyuk R. Innovation development management of biotechnological production in Ukraine

Object of research: a set of economic relations that arise in the process of innovation development. Objective: to summarize the theoretical foundations of innovation and the development of organizational and economic principles of innovative development of biotechnological production. Methods: comparative and systematic analysis; economic and statistical analysis, expert evaluation methods; system-structural analysis; abstract-logical and dialectical methods. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical foundations of industrial development were analyzed, the essence of innovative biotech companies, innovative biotechnology and analyzed their cost-effectiveness. Methodical bases providing innovative development of biotech companies and proved the effectiveness of its use. The basic directions of evolution of innovative biotech clusters formed schematic diagram biotech cluster. The possible directions of improvement of management efficiency biotech industries. Novelty: evaluating the effectiveness of innovative production management using mathematical tools; evaluating the innovation potential of the organizational structure for the implementation of high technology. Degree of implementation: development used in the work of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, NAAS; National Scientific Center "Institute of Agricultural Economics"; Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics, NAAS; in teaching in universities "National Academy of Management."
