Khamkhodera O. Administrative and legal status of the state inspection as the central body of executive power

The thesis is a scientific research administrative and legal status of state inspection as a central body of executive power and state of its legal regulation. In the research were classified powers of state inspections on a number of criteria. Identified the necessity to improve their legal fixing that caused by circumstance of crossing eligibility, their generalized abstract description, failure or redundancy discretion and even technical and legal omissions that impede understanding, and therefore realization established range of powers for this body. Characterized the system and the structure of inspection, its subordinate relations, updated as a result of constitutional reforms the order of institutionalization.
