Thesis as devoted to the solving of a scientific task concerning ascertaining of the administrative law suit essence and realization of the right on administrative law suit, and also to the revelation of draw-backs of its legal regulation and grounding, on this basis, suggestions concerning making amendments to the administrative procedural legislation. There are characterized features and internal structure of theadministrative law suit that consist from object, ground and content. There are systematized approaches for classification of administrative law suits, depending on the content of the administrative law suit, namely on the actional demands.
