Radynskyy S. Strategic management of innovation development of agricultural machine-building enterprises

The object of the dissertation research supports the formation of strategic business development of innovative agricultural machinery. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical propositions and generate practical recommendations for improving the strategic management of innovative development for local agricultural machinery. The author used the dialectical and logical methods, methods of systematic approach, synthesis, grouping, comparing and summarizing, survey techniques, and expert assessment of economic and statistical methods, graphical methods, methods of mathematical analysis and modeling. The theoretical value lies in the construction of structural logic model of the innovation strategy of the enterprise, which is realized through the introduction of four interrelated stages (basic analysis, scenario planning, implementation and direct control) and allows clearly to structure and increase the effectiveness of innovation strategies; improve approaches towards evaluation of innovative capacity and resources of the enterprise with the defining the integral index; building models of the choice of innovative development strategies and determining the price of technological knowledge on the basis of the research of one- and two-period innovative process of the enterprise development; development of innovative approaches to grading strategies of the enterprise; creating conceptual foundations of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation costs. Scientific novelty of the results consists in the development of theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for improving the strategic management of innovative development of agricultural machine-building enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the strategic management of innovative development of agricultural machine-building enterprises. The practical significance of the research results is in possibility of their use by managers and economists, agricultural machine building enterprises while introducing innovative processes in the management system of their development.
